Marketing should not stop when the customer buys your product. Your Marketing should just adapt and reach the next level.
Why ? Because by doing so you create a much stronger brand and build a fertile ground for customer loyalty and word-of-mouth.
Look at the simple example below with a flyer coming with a pillow bought recently. The flyer sums up the reasons why the product is great and uses a nice messaging ("a pillow that kisses your soul"). The effect on the customer: you fall in love with the product before even using it... and write a post on Linkedin about it. Crazy time.
